Our Story

About six years ago, NY farmers Dean Sparks and Dan France got to talking and discovered that they had something in common: a passion for organic farming. They believe in producing foods that are wholesome, nutritious and great tasting, and kind to the earth and animals. Then and there, Dean and Dan founded Empire Organics, and they set about educating New York's agricultural community on the benefits of organics. Their mission is simple: To bring New Yorkers outstanding organic food made here in NY. Certified organic nymilk, brought fresh to you by a group of like-minded family farmers from all across NY, is their first offering.
