_Our certified organic milk is available in HDPE recyclable plastic containers in half gallon and one gallon sizes. Currently we offer whole milk, 2% and fat free varieties.

_Our egg producers, near Moravia, New York put their entire flock of hens on pasture throughout the season. Pastured eggs, fed an organic vegetarian diet, create a more flavorful, visually appealing whole food.

_We offer six varieties of organic cow milk cheese, including colby, raw milk cheddar, raw milk gouda, monterey jack, pepper jack and smoked mozzarella. The cheese comes in an 8 oz. block.

Our certified organic butter is made from cream from the same farms in upstate New York that produce our milk.  This butter is 91% butterfat and 100% delicious!
